Participants are expected to refrain from engaging in romantic relationships—whether emotional or physical—during their time at Abba House. This is a critical season devoted to personal healing, growth, and restoration of one’s relationship with God. (This does not apply to individuals who are legally married.)
We strongly encourage all participants to place any existing romantic involvement on hold while in the program. Entering into or continuing such relationships may be considered a violation of the program agreement.
When the time comes for you to transition into independent living, you will be better equipped—spiritually, emotionally, and mentally—for a healthy relationship. By signing this agreement, you have committed to this standard. Our hope and prayer is that, in God’s timing, you will find a spouse who is truly a blessing from the Lord.

COVENANT & RELEASE OF INFORMATION AGREEMENT

I hereby acknowledge and agree to comply with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and directives—whether written or verbal—established by Freedom City Ministries (including Abba House Restoration Ministry) and its staff.
I voluntarily consent to participate in random drug and alcohol screenings as requested by authorized staff members.
I further authorize the release and sharing of any and all information related to my residency in the Abba House Restoration Program to Freedom City Ministries, its staff, affiliates, partner organizations, and any other institutions deemed appropriate and necessary by Freedom City Ministries’ staff for the purpose of supervision, support, and accountability.
I am voluntarily enrolling in the Abba House Restoration Program, a one-year faith-based discipleship and accountability program. I understand that by doing so, I am making a personal commitment to remain in the program for a full twelve (12) months.
I understand and agree that Freedom City Ministries, including Abba House Restoration Ministry, its staff, volunteers, or representatives, shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, accident, or harm that may occur during my participation in the program.
I affirm that all information provided by me in the application and intake process is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in my immediate dismissal from the program.
I authorize the staff of Abba House Restoration/Freedom City Ministries to conduct any background checks, reference checks, or other inquiries necessary to assess my eligibility and suitability for participation in the program.
